Barbareño, which opened in November 2014, has earned widespread acclaim as a culinary destination in Santa Barbara, celebrated for its innovative take on California regional cuisine. We were thrilled to design the interior of Barbareño, crafting a space that mirrors the restaurant’s dedication to excellence. Our goal was to create an open, welcoming atmosphere that seamlessly complements the artistry of the dishes and the warmth of the staff. The design combines natural materials, such as rich woods and warm stone textures, with thoughtfully placed lighting to evoke the charm of Santa Barbara while maintaining an elevated feel.
